In the heart of Music City, sits a church that believes Everyone’s Welcome, because Nobody’s Perfect and with Jesus, Anything’s Possible. This mantra has carried Cross Point Church through the past 21 years of its existence and shaped its primary musical expression, Cross Point Music.


Cross Point Music is a collective that seeks out collaboration both inside and outside the walls of their church. This team of nearly 400 volunteer musicians, vocalists and songwriters, pastored by Worship Pastors Dwan Hill and Cheryl Stark—serves the 10,000 people who call Cross Point Church home across six campuses in Nashville and throughout Middle TN. Helmed by lead pastor Kevin Queen, Cross Point is a multi-site church with a mission to help people find and follow Jesus. A desire that is lived out through both digital and physical campuses.

“At the core, we’re passionate about the power of music and want our songs to assist the church with words and melodies that help them encounter Jesus & follow Him,” says Cross Point Central Worship Pastor Cheryl Stark.

“Music is an expression of the heart,” says Dwan Hill who shares the Central Worship Pastor role with Cheryl. “God has refined and revived our church, and one of the most honest things we can do is sing together about God’s goodness.”

Cross Point Music continues to create songs and craft music that points people toward faith, the power of Jesus and the hope of the gospel.
