Jacobo Ramos is a worship leader whose passion is to share a message of hope, new beginnings, peace, reconciliation and love straight from the heart of the Father to this generation.

Born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Jacobo spent most of his childhood on the Caribbean island before moving to the United States with his parents and two brothers. Both in Puerto Rico and in the U.S., Jacobo and his family shared experiences that defined their lives and helped shape Jacobo’s heart for ministry.

After graduating college in1997 with a degree in Microbiology, Jacobo married his best friend Raquel Rodríguez. Raquel is Jacobo’s partner in ministry and mother to their beautiful daughters, Hosanna and Paloma Mia. Jacobo knows he is a blessed man and considers his family to be both a gift and seal of God's grace in his life.

As a worship leader, Jacobo has had the privilege of ministering in Puerto Rico, in the Dominican Republic and throughout the U.S. And he has participated in worship events with other artists including Danilo Montero and Claudina Brinn, also contributing songs to their albums. His own recordings include the new Días Extraordinarios along with Aire, the Latin Grammy Award nominated Dile Al Corazón Que Camine and the Latin Grammy, Billboard Latin and Dove Award nominated Bueno.

Jacobo is currently an associate pastor for the Christian ministry “Catacumba No. 5” in Mayaguez, serving in the areas of music and youth ministry under the leadership of Pastor Rey Matos.
